Wei Jiang’s surreal, fantastical photo mosaics in his signature black and white monochrome have captured the imagination of many. In our collabration with Wei Jiang and M Social, we speak to the graphic designer by day on his photography side hustle, his dreams for the future and how he balances his full-time work and creative side.

Shooting under the name Orhganic, Wei Jiang’s black and white images often draw chuckles from followers, as well as acknowledgement of the creativity and effort it takes to put them together. Blending elements of photography and design, he takes cues from the world of fine art, citing surrealist artists such as Salvador Dali and René Magritte as inspirations.
